Today we celebrated bf's early bday at Sentosa!

Bought 2 deals from deal.com.sg which includes a 2 way cable ride + Buffet dinner + Song of the Sea for each person.

So we took purple line to Habourfront, then go Habourfront Tower 2 and took the cable car from there. It started to drizzle slightly and I did not really enjoyed my cable car ride to Sentosa. Because we were sharing with another couple and it's quite awkward to talk. And partly also because of the weather.

Pictures of scenery I took during the ride. It's quite stuffy inside the cable car. And also because of the drizzling, I did not take much pictures.




But the views were really very beautiful! The water underneath is BLUE! How I wish I could sit there longer. The ride took less than 5 mins only =.=

After we got out of the cable car, we ended up at some cable car museum. Spotted some retro looking cable cars of Singapore.


After touring the museum, we got out to walk further and explore... Then guess what? It started to pour heavily. Raining cats and dogs!!!


It was so boring because we couldn't go anywhere. The rain is really super heavy! My bf started to look bored and I felt bad. Didn't expect this weather :(

We then proceed to eat our super early dinner since there is nothing else we could do while it's raining cats and dogs.
Woah, the so called BUFFET is a horror!!!!!! OMG. It's an ala-carte buffet, choices are limited, taste only so-so and quality/quantity is like shittt?? Don't ever eat there!! It's called "Taste of Singapore".
I think kopitiam sell de food also nicer than this restaurant. We ordered dumpling soup. And guessed what we are served?

A small bowl of soup with 2 small wontons. 2 only leh!! Walao eh. Totally like shitzxzx. I don't even want to take photos of the food.
Service is not good also! Zzzz...

After like an hour, the rain finally did stopped a little and we went to see this place called "iFly".


The slogan for this iFly thingy was, "Anyone can fly!" My bf said "Anyone can fly... If you have the money!" LOL!! Because 1 session to ''fly'' costs $80+ .. Super expensive if you ask me.

Then we got so bored we went to Coffeebean to pass time and also wait for Song of the sea to be started @ 8.40pm.
My bf is bored. I am also bored. It was an awkward moment.

Ok finally 8.30pm is here. We went to line up to enter the show. The queue is sooooooo long! Wah!!! Luckily we did not have to wait for long.

And there was fireworks. But I only managed to take 1 nice picture of it!


The show's storyline was kinda lame and childish but the lights and effects are really niceeee!!! Lasers are cool ok! Hahahaha!!!

We took the cable car back to habourfront tower.
This time, it was not crowded. Hence, we got a cabin all to ourselves only! The night scenery is beautiful and amazing. And it was quite romantic too! Can enjoy the breeze and see the beautiful lights all over Singapore.

I think the Song of the sea and the night cable car ride is the best thing of the day. Baby agreed with me too.
I feel kinda sorry that the pre-celebration did not go as well as I planned. I hope my bf will have a memorable night anyway.

I will remember the night cable car ride forever! :)
